We provide our agents with mentors and coaches so that our agents can be successful in all areas placed. Transfer Agent

We are looking for a personable and motivated agent who will assist our clients with repairing their credit. The key objective is excellent customer service as you will be the first line of communication to reinforce the value of having a solid credit score and achieving financial goals.
. You must be 18 years or older to apply.
. Sales Experience: 6 months
. Industry Experience: 6 months preferred
.
Education: High School Degree and above preferred
. Bilingual can give you an edge. 

Retention Agent

We are looking for amicable and dedicated agents who are able to assist customers who have signed up for our credit monitoring services. It is your job to help customers understand the credit position they are in for them to make a decision on their loan.
. You must be 18 years or older to apply.
. Sales & Customer Experience: 1 Year
. Industry Experience: 1 Year preferred

Education: Associates Degree and above preferred
. Bilingual can give you an edge. 

Sales Agent

We are looking for a driven and energetic agent that likes working in a competitive and fast paced professional environment. Closing the sale will be your key objective and our compensation plans have been designed to reward you appropriately and encourage consistency.

Positions

Currently, we have two division of agents, In Office and At Home. Our development structure for both divisions provides a significant amount of mentoring and coaching to our agents. This allows us to be very flexible when bringing aboard additional partners and programs.

Our In-Office

model follows a set schedule and
offers agent face to face mentoring
and training on a daily basis.

Our At-Home

model provides flexibility
that allows our agents the ability to
work within the comforts of home.

Training

One of our guiding pillars for success is creating an enabling environment for all. This supports our training and development initiatives, as when our agents succeed, we succeed.

Our training is a combination of online training as well as face to face training. We do constant mentoring and coaching as well, in order to help our agents and staff maintain the highest quality standards.

Responsibilties

.Continuously receive inbound calls to be transferred as sales leads.
.Professionally answer questions about product details.
.Meet quality assurance requirements and other key performance metrics.
.Consistently strive to improve sales and customer service skills including attending training.
