Caye Talkers has played a significant role in the call center industry by providing divisions at home and in office. We handle inbound and outbound calls from current and potential customers. We provide our agents with mentors and coaches so that our agents can be successful in all areas placed. We have a welcoming and friendly environment here at CTL where our employees can grow and be successful in our center.

Inside Sales

Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls and emails. It is understanding customer needs and requirements, while being able to route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.

Sales Support

Sales Support is responsible for troubleshooting customer issues, providing data and guidance to the sales team, managing sales tracking tools, and analyzing trends. As well as staying updated on product launches, and suggesting sales process improvements.

Client Services

The processes, interactions, organizations and members of their staff have with their clients. Client services are an important part of maintaining client and customer relationships and exist in many industries.

Customer Service

Serve customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems. Attracts potential customers by answering questions and suggesting information about the product or service.

Lead Generation

Lead generation lets you reach potential customers early in their buyer’s journey, so you can earn their trust, build a relationship, and be by their side until they’re ready to make a purchase.

B2B Sales

Business-to-business sales is all about selling products and services to other businesses instead of directly selling to customers. B2B sales is different from B2C sales as the sales cycle is longer, involves multiple touchpoints, and decision-makers and the product being sold tends to be of higher value.

Transfer Agent

We are looking for a personable and motivated agent who will assist our clients with repairing their credit. The key objective is excellent customer service as you will be the first line of communication to reinforce the value of having a solid credit score and achieving financial goals.
. You must be 18 years or older to apply.
. Sales Experience: 6 months
. Industry Experience: 6 months preferred
Education: High School Degree and above preferred
. Bilingual can give you an edge. 

Retention Agent

We are looking for amicable and dedicated agents who are able to assist customers who have signed up for our credit monitoring services. It is your job to help customers understand the credit position they are in for them to make a decision on their loan.
. You must be 18 years or older to apply.
. Sales & Customer Experience: 1 Year
. Industry Experience: 1 Year preferred
Education: Associates Degree and above preferred
. Bilingual can give you an edge. 

Sales Agent

We are looking for a driven and energetic agent that likes working in a competitive and fast paced professional environment. Closing the sale will be your key objective and our compensation plans have been designed to reward you appropriately and encourage consistency.

Currently, we have two division of agents, In Office and At Home. Our development structure for both divisions provides a significant amount of mentoring and coaching to our agents. This allows us to be very flexible when bringing aboard additional partners and programs.

Our In-Office

model follows a set schedule and
offers agent face to face mentoring
and training on a daily basis.

Our At-Home

model provides flexibility
that allows our agents the ability to
work within the comforts of home.

Our training is a combination of online training as well as face to face training. We do constant mentoring and coaching as well, in order to help our agents and staff maintain the highest quality standards.
